With Intercultural Competence (IC) Coaching you will understand cultural differences better and you will learn how to work with them. Your cultural competence will increase and your social interactions and communication will improve.
You will

- explore differences and communalities across cultures and find strategies to work with them
- develop communication strategies and solutions for social interactions
- learn to use your own strengths and resources in order to cope with difficult situations
- strengthen your self-cinfidence in interactions with people from different cultures
- have higher self-confidence in interactions with people in your new home country
Basic Coaching Package
With the 90-day coaching package you will be good prepared for your life in the new country. The package contains:
- 1 hour kick-off session to identify problems and topics for coaching sessions
- 10 hours of coaching
- Assessment of your strengths
- Unlimited email support
- 2 emergency calls (15 minutes) for urgent problems
Premium Package
With the Premium package you will have 3 months of coaching to prepare yourself for your life in the new country. Furthermore, you will receive coaching for another 3 months after arrival in your new location.
The Premium Package contains:
- 1 hour kick-off session to identify problems and topics for coaching sessions
- 10 hours of coaching
- 6 hours online-coaching at the new location
- Assessment of your strengths
- Unlimited email support
- 4 emergency calls (15 minutes) for urgent problems
